How much information do you need to begin?

All we need to get started are the basic details (name, year, and place of birth) of your furthest back known relative(s).

What if I don't know any family details beyond myself/my own parents?

It doesn't matter. We can start our research from whichever point in time you choose.

Can I choose which records and information is in my family history package?

Of course! You can choose your own custom built package at no extra charge. Custom packages can include any of the parts of our pre-built packages plus immigration records, military records, and more. Contact us to get started.

Can I talk to a 'real' person?

Yes! We pride ourselves on our individual, personalised, and dedicated service. Call us on 01625 250 252 and we will be more than happy to answer any of your questions.

What if you can't find anything?

It has never happened yet! But if it ever does we will refund you 100%, no find, no fee!

Do you need any current family information?

We would only use your current family information to add you to your family tree chart. We don't need any current family information to build your family history package.

How long do the pre-built packages take to complete?

I need a package for a certain date. Is there any chance it can be completed faster?

In some instances this may be possible. Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes! Gift certificates are available through our Extras Shop

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Switch, Visa Electron, and Solo. We also accept Paypal, cheques, postal orders, and bankers drafts.
